Please if your are contacting us by email please include a telephone number. The amount of emails we recieve which do not include information such as sizes of products required or how many pages people want in portfolios. If you want a quote on portfolios please tell us what material you want e.g Leather, Waxskin, Suede etc.

Please also note that all our goods are hand made. If you want a portfolio personalised and you want it within a week it is not going to happen. All our personalised orders are on a 3 - 4 week turn around from recieving the order.

Before asking us if it is more expensive to order through the London office than to order through the New York office the answer is no. No matter whether you order through any of the international offices or the New York office all prices are the same. The only difference is that the portfolios listed on this site are 4 Lip portfolios which most of our customers prefer and are $5 more than the standard portfolios which is what is listed on the US website portfolios. The advantage of dealing with the London office is that you are dealing with only one person with a far better level of service.

Logos

If you are contacting us about costs of logos please supply us with the size of the logo as the size effects the price of the logo.

When ordering portfolios please inform us of how many pages you require in your portfolio and should you wish to add pages at a later date and how many pages the portfolio is eventually to hold. We also need to know whether the portfolio is to hold prints or tear sheets. Should you need you portfolio embossed pleas inform us of what font you require and whether you require your name all in UPPER CASE, Upper & Lower or all in lower case. Unless we are informed otherwise we presume that all leather portfolios are to be embossed blind and optical centre (one inch above the middle of the front cover)

Name Stamps cost $50 to make and are held on file for 5 years if you already have a house of portfolios portfolio then your details will be on record under the perrson who purchased the portfolio. If you have had a portfolio before and want to repeat the order and your agency purchased the portfolio for you then please inform us with the name of the agancy. If you already have a name stamp embossing costs $30 for the order whether it be one or 20 portfolios ordered we do not charge per book.

When ordering Carrying Cases/Bags please inform us what style you require whether you want a ZIP TOP or FLIP TOP. Do you want a name strip which are free of charge on bags or do you need an address pocket/Window with your name on it. If you are ordering a bag for a portfolio you have purchased elsewhere please supply us with the exact book size including outside spine width. Too often we have people who go and get a portfolio made privately by someone and expect us to know what size they require without having seen the portfolio. "It's about a certain size" is no good to us we need the exact measurements.

When ordering Pages please inform us whether the pages are for portfolios purchased through House of Portfolios. Pages from other suppliers may be punched differently and please give us the exact size of the pages you require as in 14 x 11" this is the visual area but there are two sizes 14 x 11 1/2" which is the most common and 14 x 11 3/4" which many of the American customers have. Unless you state otherwise we presume that it is Black Acetate you require if you want White Acetate or Black or White polyester inform us of this. We can cut and punch pages to any size but if they are to fit a book by another portfolio maker let us know who the maker of the portfolio is or preferably supply us with one page so that we can measure the exact size and punching for you.
